The organisation model is comprised of the traditional hierarchical tree structure accompanied by descriptions of
tasks, responsibilities, authorisation and reporting structures. A more modern type of description is in the form of
service descriptions and quality of service outline which organisational entity is responsible for delivering specific
kind of services. To make the organisation more robust and less sensible to organisational change it is recommended to
define the organisational model on two levels:
-
on a abstract level defining roles, tasks and responsibilities
-
on a concrete level where roles are mapped to actual organisational entities if in scope.
This will prevent the model to be less susceptible to change in the actual organisation.
